Working closely with the client, Kerzner International in Dubai, and the interior designers GA Design (UK) and DSGN (SA and Dubai), on a total FF&E and OS&E refurb.
The scope of works included taking the concept of the approved mock up room created, through the procurement and sourcing process and finally to the installation and handover stage.
All guest rooms and the presidential villa as well as the various public areas were totally renovated.
